Description
Pierce County intends to purchase WISKI software and licensing for NPDES monitoring through a sole-source exemption. The County identifies Kisters as the intended vendor and requires any interested entity to be authorized by the manufacturer to sell, install, and implement WISKI in Pierce County. The software is currently used at the Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Interested entities may submit a capability statement demonstrating how they meet the County’s need and minimum requirements. It must identify the submitting individual or organization and a primary contact’s name, email address, and phone number, and describe how the entity meets the requirements. The initial contract term is 12 months, with extensions at the County’s discretion for a maximum total term of five years. The estimated cost is $60,000 for the initial term; a separate notice estimates $350,000 in purchases over a 60-month period.
