Description
The University of Utah is seeking a qualified firm or individual consultant to serve as Project Manager for Alliance Establishment and Governance under the LIFT Initiative. The engagement will recruit and convene a diverse, multi-stakeholder Utah Telehealth Alliance; map rural, frontier, tribal, and urban stakeholders; develop recruitment materials; and track representation and participation. The selected consultant will update the Alliance charter, membership roster, governance and decision-making procedures, conflict-of-interest procedures, and meeting cadence; facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and action logs; maintain operating infrastructure; and provide project plans, risk registers, monthly status reports, quarterly committee briefings, and a transition memo. Proposals must include a technical response of no more than 12 pages, a separately submitted cost proposal, relevant experience involving at least three comparable projects, references, proposed personnel and resumes, and responses to the mandatory experience and credential requirements. The estimated budget is not to exceed $250,000, and the anticipated contract term is one year ending September 30, 2027, with renewals subject to funding availability and milestones achieved. Work will be primarily remote, with travel to rural Utah communities and meetings as needed.
