Description
The National Park Service is seeking firm-fixed-price offers from a small business for the supply and delivery of 2,000 tons of Class D riprap to the Stehekin gravel pit in North Cascades National Park. The amendment confirms that the total required quantity is 2,000 tons, the period of performance is September 25, 2026, through June 25, 2027, and the contractor must independently determine the means of transporting the rock from the quarry to the gravel pit. The Harlequin Bridge weight-limit attachment remains current. Pricing is to be provided per 250 tons, with a total order quantity of 2,000 tons. The requirement is a supply contract; Service Contract Act wages do not apply. Offers must be submitted by email and include the required solicitation forms, amendment acknowledgment, completed pricing schedule, contractor core data, and three relevant project references. The contractor must maintain active representations and certifications in SAM.gov by the close date.
