Capital District Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting bids for a broad range of janitorial supplies, including cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, paper products, hand soap, gloves, liners, mops, brushes, ice and snow melt, and related cleaning accessories. Exhibit I lists the required items, approximate one-year usage quantities, packaging specifications, manufacturer information, and pricing fields. Equivalent products may be proposed if deviations are identified and quality is competitive with standard brands. The awarded vendor must provide inside delivery to 13 distribution locations, include all delivery charges in pricing, supply quantities ordered by each location, provide packing slips, maintain stock and warehouse bulk inventory, and ensure delivery within one week of ordering. The vendor must also provide weekly purchasing support or internet ordering, monthly billing by branch, and firm pricing for the contract term and any extensions. The initial term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with two possible one-year extensions by mutual agreement.
