Description
Carver Construction Inc. is bidding as the prime contractor for the Sidewalk Enhancements Project on State Street and is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers. The opportunity covers public-works construction associated with sidewalk enhancements and is open to certified WBE, MBE, DBE, and SDVOB businesses, as well as other interested subcontractors and suppliers. Subcontractors must register and maintain registration with the New York State Department of Labor Bureau of Public Works Contractor Registry in accordance with Labor Law § 220-I before bidding on the public-work project or commencing covered work. The stated participation goals are 6% SDVOB, 15% MBE, and 15% WBE.
