Description
Montana State University seeks multiple experienced partners for customized faculty-led international and domestic programs. Offerors may propose full-service program design, planning, and delivery—with or without an accompanying guide—or travel-agent services, including booking flights, in-country transportation, lodging, meals, and activities. The scope also includes arranging international wire payments to third-party vendors when needed. Full-service partners are expected to support student safety and emergency response, including written protocols and communication with the University and program leaders during emergencies. The University is interested in a range of geographic coverage and program specialties, including service-learning, STEM, study-away programs in the United States and its territories, international campuses, and internships. Proposals may cover one or more service types; the cost proposal includes sample trip scenarios, and the University intends to make multiple awards without guaranteeing any spend.
