Description
The United Nations Development Programme's Comoros office is procuring and installing two complete autonomous photovoltaic solar power systems to provide backup electricity for emergency rooms. The requirement includes solar panels, inverters/chargers, GEL batteries, MPPT charge controllers, electrical protection equipment, cabling, grounding, enclosures, surge protection, circuit breakers, connectors, mounting structures, and related accessories. Installation, connection, testing, commissioning, and technical documentation are included. The supplier must deliver under DAP terms to the Directorate General of Civil Protection facilities in Moroni, Grande Comore, by December 31, 2026, after contract signature. The requirement also includes export packaging, French- or English-language installation and maintenance manuals in paper and digital formats, a minimum 24-month on-site warranty, five years of spare-parts availability, responsive local technical support in Moroni within 48–72 hours, and immediate warranty replacement of defective equipment. Bidders must submit the completed offer-submission form and technical and financial offer form, with detailed pricing entered in the supplier portal and the signed financial offer uploaded.
