Description
UNDP seeks a turnkey design, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover of solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems at 19 National Elections Commission magisterial offices. Bidders must provide separate quotations for two lots: a 10 kWp PV array with 30 kWh battery storage and an 8 kW hybrid inverter, and a 5 kWp PV array with 10 kWh battery storage and a 5 kW hybrid inverter. The scope includes balance-of-system equipment, ground-mounted structures, electrical distribution and protection, earthing, lightning protection, remote monitoring, and associated logistics.
