Description
Med Centro, Inc. is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the acquisition and installation of a solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage system at its Chronic Conditions Clinic. The system will include approximately 480 bifacial photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery units, and an Energy Management System, integrated with the clinic’s existing generator and utility grid. The system must be engineered to withstand hurricane-force winds and is intended to improve energy resilience and sustainability. The procurement is funded through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program under HMGP-4671-0008. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope in person or by mail by the stated deadline.
