Consumers Energy, in partnership with Arcadia, is conducting an all-source solicitation for competitive proposals for energy development projects. Proposals are welcome for all technologies, based on location, and for projects at all stages of planning and development. The solicitation covers projects in Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM), MISO Zones 1-7, and projects interconnecting to Consumers Energy's electric distribution system. A virtual pre-launch stakeholder meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2026, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Eastern time.
