Description

The Asbury Park Housing Authority is soliciting a professional services contractor to provide comprehensive IT and website support. The scope includes network, server, workstation, tablet, printer, firewall, antivirus, and Microsoft Windows administration; remote 24/7 monitoring; off-site local and cloud backups; cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability assessments; data recovery; software maintenance and integration; patch management; user and mailbox administration; hardware installation; and technical training. The contractor will provide an off-site help desk with toll-free telephone support, remote issue resolution, emergency after-hours and weekend support, and four hours of on-site support per week. On-site assistance must be available within 48 hours for emergencies and within 96 hours for non-emergencies. Website services include hosting and maintaining the Authority's WordPress website, updates to WordPress and plugins, security updates, responsive design support, domain, SSL, and hosting renewal notices, and web-page development or updates as needed. Required deliverables include monthly progress reports, quarterly security audit reports, comprehensive system documentation, and training materials. Proposals must use the provided pricing sheet, including a $25,000 annual allowance for equipment and materials. The solicitation evaluates cost, qualifications, technical-support procedures, and relevant experience, including three references.
