Description
The U.S. Navy is conducting market research for non-personal services to finalize development, deploy, and sustain a common online portal supporting the nomination process for the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, and U.S. Air Force Academy. The portal is intended to support nomination submissions and selection, user communications, applicant and vacancy information, and related admissions workflows. The work includes agile software development, deployment, system administration, defect remediation, enhancements, data integration, help desk support, cybersecurity monitoring, and user training. The contractor will also develop data visualizations, dashboards, and annual statistical reporting to support statutory congressional reporting requirements. The draft performance work statement describes a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a possible six-month extension. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not a request for proposals or an awardable solicitation. Interested parties are asked to email a response of no more than five pages, using at least 12-point type, by the stated deadline.
