Description
This is a Request for Information for market research only; it is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The agency is seeking capability statements from sources able to provide annual preventive maintenance and unscheduled repair services for Bruker instruments, including timsTOF, Evosep, MALDI Biotyper, and Avance III NMR systems. The draft performance work statements describe on-site maintenance, telephone troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, replacement parts, and software updates. For the NMR system, technicians must be Bruker-certified and factory-trained. The broader requirement anticipates a five-year ordering period commencing on or about March 11, 2031. Responses should describe relevant technical experience and capability, including whether the services are commercial in nature. The capability statement is limited to 10 pages, single-spaced, in at least 12-point Times New Roman font; tables and illustrations may use at least 8-point font. Respondents must complete the requested company-information table, including CAGE code, UEI, company and contact details, and tax identification number. Responses are requested by email.
