Description
This Request for Information seeks industry feedback on draft minimum essential characteristics for an enterprise encounter-based endoscopy video imaging system. The proposed solution would consolidate local endoscopy systems into an enterprise capability, providing software configuration and connectivity, image and video capture and management, reporting, storage and archiving, and integration with electronic health records and picture archiving and communication systems. The draft also describes interoperability, cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework requirements, and support for clinical image workflows. The draft anticipates a five-year maintenance period, software updates and upgrades, implementation and training, and ongoing cybersecurity support. Respondents are asked to review the draft requirements and provide recommendations using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix template; this notice is for market research only and is not a request for quotes or proposals.
