The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Century Plaza Apartments Improvements (Common Area Flooring) Project, Project No. PH 25-02B. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the authority’s office at the submission deadline. The work is subject to contract-document wage and nondiscrimination requirements. A bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid amount is required. The contractor must begin work within 30 days after contract execution and complete the project within 60 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
