Description
Iowa State University is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to supply portable event flooring for the Hanson Agricultural Center arena. The flooring must support people, tables, and chairs; install over the existing dirt floor; provide a durable, safe, level, and aesthetically pleasing surface; and be easy to assemble with little or no tools. It is not intended for heavy equipment, animals, or vehicles. The university is also accepting potential trade-in offers for its existing UltraDeck flooring by Signature, consisting of 10,032 one-by-two-foot sections covering approximately 20,064 square feet and having some broken tabs. Vendors must submit pricing and product specifications, including all applicable costs, and may contact the listed representative to inspect the existing flooring.
