Description
Tooele County seeks a contractor to furnish and install three complete motor-operated rolling steel overhead door assemblies for nominal 16-by-16-foot openings. The County will select either insulated or non-insulated slats for the three doors before fabrication. The work includes operators, controls, light-curtain safety systems, low-voltage wiring, installation equipment, adjustment, and testing; line-voltage supply and connections are excluded and will be provided by others. The contractor must coordinate site access and installation, verify opening and mounting conditions before fabrication, demonstrate door operation and safety features to County personnel, and provide product data, operating and maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, warranty documentation, and service contact information. Bids must include offeror information, relevant experience and past performance for at least three comparable projects completed within the last seven years, key personnel and subcontractors, a proposed delivery and installation schedule, assumptions, and a detailed cost proposal broken down at least by parts, labor, and freight.
