Description
The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide on-call cost and financial review, analysis, and audit services for design and construction projects managed by UW Facilities at University of Washington locations in Seattle, Tacoma, Bothell, and elsewhere in Washington State. The solicitation is open to firms meeting the stated minimum qualifications and available to work in Washington State. Respondents must answer all required questions and upload all requested documents. Addendum 1 clarifies that attestation services are not included in the scope of work. The resulting master agreement will have an initial two-year term, with up to two additional two-year extensions and possible month-to-month extensions to facilitate a new solicitation. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, provide case examples and references, identify proposed staff and qualifications, submit an approach and methodology, and complete the required portal responses and uploads. The written proposal narrative is limited to 10 single-sided pages, excluding specified items such as the introductory letter, table of contents, resumes, section dividers, and requested appendices.
