Description
This Sources Sought notice is for market research only; it is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded from responses. The Government is assessing qualified small businesses for potential basewide janitorial and custodial services, including daily cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, and common areas; trash and recycling removal; hard-floor maintenance; carpet cleaning; window, partition, and drinking-fountain cleaning; and related quality control. Contractors would provide the personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to perform the work. Interested firms are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than two pages, excluding the title page. It must address company and socioeconomic status, self-performance capacity, installation-access and staffing capabilities, and up to three relevant projects completed within the past five years. The notice identifies an existing contract expiring March 31, 2027, and states that the potential follow-on work is expected to commence April 1, 2027. Responses must be emailed as Adobe PDF files, with the specified contractor name and notice identifier in the subject line.
