Description
This solicitation seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for aircraft washing services. The services will be performed at New Castle Air Base in New Castle, DE. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this opportunity is 488190, with a size standard of $35.0 Million. The Product Supply Code (FSC) is J015, pertaining to Aircraft and Airframe Structural Component Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding. The BPA will have a ceiling not exceeding $350,000.00 and an ordering period of up to 60 months from the date of award. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price BPA. Vendors are instructed to provide pricing using the attached BPA Price list. All quotes and contract documentation are due by 1:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
