This solicitation is for the replacement of the main generator located on the 11th floor of the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware. The project involves electrical and plumbing work to replace the existing system with a new standby generator system. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the 1st Floor Maintenance Conference Room at the Carvel State Office Building. Attendance at this meeting is a prerequisite for bidding on this contract. Contract documents can be obtained from DEDC, LLC, located at 315 S. Chapel Street, Newark, DE 19711, upon receipt of $100.00 per paper set and/or $25.00 per electronic set (non-refundable).
