Description
The Muscogee County School District is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for one or more contracts to supply musical instruments and accessories. Detailed requirements are provided in the bid documents and quote sheet, covering categories such as band, orchestral, stringed, percussion, amplified, and other musical instruments and related equipment. Addendum 1 clarifies that the awarded vendor will not be required to provide local after-sales service, warranty repairs, routine maintenance, or on-site technical support. The manufacturer's standard warranty and service through an authorized dealer or service network will satisfy the after-sales support requirements. The addendum also replaces the discontinued Wenger Roughneck stand with the Endur Music Stand, SKU #038B500.
