Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award Press Ganey Associates, LLC a sole-source contract to provide National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. The agency states that market research and prior acquisition history indicate Press Ganey is the only vendor capable of providing the required services. The proposed contract includes a base period and four one-year option periods. This special notice also invites interested parties to email information about their interest and capability by the stated response deadline; those responses will be used to determine whether the agency will conduct a competitive procurement.
