Description
The City of Oneonta, New York is soliciting proposals for professional services to complete an updated Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan and a Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Nomination Study. The scope of work includes project management, technical and administrative services, preparation of disbursement requests, meeting Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MWBE) requirements, and ensuring compliance with all grant program stipulations. The City of Oneonta encourages proposals from all interested parties, including businesses certified as Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
