Description
The City of Lincoln and Lancaster County, Nebraska, are seeking quotations for as-needed herbicide supplies for county engineering operations. The solicitation includes 180 gallons of LESCO Triclopyr 4 Ester Herbicide for brush and weed control, 180 gallons of brush and weed herbicide containing 53.8% glyphosate-isopropyl ammonium, and 360 gallons of tree and stump herbicide containing 5.4% picloram and 20.9% 2,4-D amine. Products must be supplied in 2.5-gallon containers and invoiced by the gallon. The contract will have a one-year term beginning upon execution, with three additional one-year renewal options. Responses must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the stated deadline. The response requires completion of electronic bid attributes, product and manufacturer information, and the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act certification; the U.S. Citizenship Attestation Form applies at contract execution only to vendors legally considered individuals or sole proprietors.
