Description
The State seeks a contractor to maintain and support its existing Tennessee Integrated Traffic Analysis Network (TITAN), a statewide suite of traffic safety and law enforcement applications used by more than 10,000 law enforcement and government users. The work includes ongoing system maintenance and support, enhancements and upgrades to existing applications, and development of new applications and modules. The system includes web-based, iOS, and client-based software, Microsoft .NET and SQL Server components, APIs and web services, and integrations with state, court, and local law enforcement systems. The scope includes application modernization, database and server environment upgrades, documentation, testing, project management, help desk and incident support, and AI integration. The contractor must meet CJIS and state security requirements, and at least 66% of the technical team's work must be performed on-site. The state estimates maximum contract liability at $8 million over a 60-month term.
