Description
Genesis Learning Centers seeks dedicated internet access and transport of at least 5 Gbps, preferably over upgradeable fiber, for its primary school, with capacity expandable to at least 10 Gbps. It also seeks WAN transport circuits of at least 1 Gbps, upgradeable to at least 5 Gbps, connecting two satellite schools to the primary campus. Services must terminate inside the schools and include provider-owned equipment needed to deliver each circuit to the demarcation point. Vendors should provide pricing for 36-month and/or 60-month service terms, including recurring and non-recurring charges, taxes, fees, and any special construction costs. Proposals must address the requested service levels, demarcation setup, contract and license terms, and pricing for the specified bandwidth options. Service is requested to begin July 1, 2027; the contract is contingent on E-Rate funding approval. Vendors must meet the stated E-Rate pricing and equipment compliance requirements and are expected to have a USAC Service Provider Identification Number.
