Employment and Social Development Canada seeks specialized Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) consultants to enhance and deliver the Canada Disability Benefit digital solution. The requested roles are one Level 3 Application/Software Architect, two Level 3 Programmers/Software Developers, and one Level 3 Information Technology Security Engineer. The work includes designing, developing, integrating, testing, and securing program functionality, APIs, and backend systems using an Agile approach, with accessibility-focused design and secure system integration. The procurement is limited to Indigenous TBIPS Supply Arrangement holders qualified under Tier 1 for the Remote/Virtual Access region and the specified categories. One contract is planned, with an initial two-year period and an irrevocable one-year extension option.
