Description
Rutherford County Library System seeks E-Rate-eligible Category One internet access for seven locations. Proposals may cover dedicated symmetrical internet access or shared asymmetrical broadband at 1 Gbps and/or 2 Gbps, and may cover one, several, or all locations. The RFP specifies service expectations including managed connectivity, applicable equipment, static public IPv4 addresses, support, and service-level commitments; bidders must identify upload speeds, delivery technology, any data limits, and eligible and ineligible costs. Bidders must complete the provided pricing workbook and price each location independently, with separate monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges. Pricing is requested for 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms, with up to two optional one-year renewals. Proposals must include the required provider and service information, terms and conditions, and completed pricing worksheet. The RFP also requests service-level details and encourages E-Rate, supply-chain, debarment, invoicing, and conflict-of-interest certifications. Recurring services must be operational by July 1, 2027.
