Description
Rutherford County Library System seeks E-Rate-eligible Category One internet access for seven library locations for Funding Year 2027. Requested options include symmetrical Dedicated Internet Access at 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps, and asymmetrical shared internet access at 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps download. Bidders may propose for one or more locations, and awards will be made site by site; each location must be priced independently, without pricing contingent on winning multiple locations. Bidders must complete the attached price workbook for the contract terms they propose: 12, 36, or 60 months. Proposals must include up to two optional one-year renewals and separately state monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges for each location. The workbook identifies the service options and locations to price.
