Description
The Town of Hampton is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide snow-plowing equipment with operators for town roads and parking lots, along with snow removal and hauling services, on an as-needed basis during the 2026–2027 winter season. Requested resources include graders, loaders, six-wheel trucks, tri-axle or ten-wheeler dump trucks, and pickup trucks with plows; bidders may bid on individual equipment categories rather than all categories. Multiple awards may be made. Contractors must be available on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, deploy personnel and equipment in Hampton within 60 minutes of notification, dedicate contracted equipment for the contract period, and perform all work without subcontractors. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through April 15, 2027. Bidders must submit equipment and employee information, an equipment inventory, and three comparable-service references. Insurance requirements include general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and related coverage as specified in Attachment A.
