Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price order for a Hybrid P25 Satellite Radio System supporting Oregon Wildlife Services. The requirement includes seven dedicated SAT100M satellite push-to-talk devices with external antennas and associated cabling and power connections; P25 Icom 7510S mobile radios; Icom 7010S portable radios with antennas, batteries, belt clips, and chargers; JPS gateway equipment and interface cables; GPS antennas; satellite antennas and cables; LTE router equipment; cabinets, mounts, surge protection, wiring, and related accessories. The contractor must provide installation for fixed, vehicle-mounted, and portable-radio components, including antenna mounting, cable routing, grounding, power connections, and low-voltage disconnects. The system must support multiple P25 satellite talk groups, AES encryption, GPS/location tracking, private calling, distress alerts, short-data messaging, and interoperability capabilities. The requirement also includes one year of satellite service for a medium talk group and seven push-to-talk devices, activation for seven devices, training, support, warranty, delivery, and maintenance. Quotations must price every line item, identify the make and model offered, provide delivery lead times, and demonstrate compliance with the Statement of Work.
