Montana State University - Bozeman is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive snow removal and ice control services for designated campus locations. The contract covers Parking Services facilities comprising approximately 6,000 parking spaces across 28 surface parking lots and one parking structure, as well as Family and Graduate Housing facilities including 13 parking lots and 4 roadways. Services include snow plowing, snow removal, application of traction control materials, deicing, snow hauling, and assistance with the University's snow melter operations. The contractor must respond to snowfall accumulations of one inch or greater, with operations primarily occurring between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The contract also includes a comprehensive Bare Pavement Operation during Winter Break. Pricing is per snowfall event, with separate line items for various snowfall depths and additional services such as sanding, deicing, and equipment rental. The contract term is one year with options to renew up to a total of seven years.
