Description
Montana State University Athletics is seeking an exclusive secondary-ticketing partner for season and single-game inventory covering football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and rodeo. The contractor will acquire tickets at a negotiated purchase price, list and sell them across secondary marketplaces, and provide a guaranteed minimum investment, revenue sharing, and monthly payments to the University. The solution must integrate with MSU's Paciolan primary-ticketing platform through a certified, production-ready API and support automated listing, delisting, repricing, inventory orchestration, anomaly alerts, and pricing-floor or ceiling monitoring. Required capabilities also include a real-time market-intelligence dashboard, algorithmic pricing and sales-strategy tools, weekly post-contest sales reports, exportable data, buyer email and demographic information, pricing analysis, strategic recommendations, dedicated account management, and documented security and service-level capabilities. Proposals must address the IT requirements, provide a five-year financial projection, complete the cost-proposal tables, describe implementation and work methods, provide company and key-personnel experience, references, relevant implementations, litigation information, and any requested contract exceptions.
