Description
The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide annual preventive maintenance for Yellowstone Airport’s terminal systems, including Building Management System configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, approved software and firmware updates, and annual staff training. The scope covers air-handling units, VAVs, snow-melt zones, split systems, linear and cabinet heaters, hot-water systems, unit heaters, and exhaust fans, with labor and materials included. The contractor must also perform onsite maintenance, patching, updates, and backups for Genetec access-control and Axis video-surveillance systems; provide annual security-systems training; and maintain 24/7 remote or telephone technical support. Emergency technicians must respond to the airport within eight hours or less. A mandatory one-hour onsite pre-bid walkthrough is required for bidder eligibility.
