Description

The National Park Service, through its Denver Service Center, is soliciting a certified Women-Owned Small Business for a firm-fixed-price construction project at Yellowstone National Park. The work includes installing approximately 750 linear feet of buried 6-inch PE 4710 HDPE water main using horizontal directional drilling, installing new HDPE water services, reconnecting and relocating fire hydrants, replacing pressure-reducing and pressure-relief valves, and completing associated excavation, backfill, traffic control, testing, disinfection, restoration, and disposal work. Bids must include pricing for both contract line items: Water Main Installation and Replacement of Pressure Relief Valves. The contractor must perform at least 30 percent of the work with its own organization, submit a bid guarantee equal to 20 percent of the total bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less, and furnish 100-percent performance and payment bonds when required by the resulting contract price. The work must be completed within 160 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with the waterline functional within 120 days and remaining asphalt work completed no later than May 31, 2027. The solicitation requires electronic submission of the SF-33, price schedule, bid guarantee, applicable representations and certifications, amendments, and a Schedule of Values.
