Description
The City of Coffeyville is soliciting lump-sum bids for nuisance abatement and lot cleanup at 19 separately priced properties. Work includes removing trash, debris, tree limbs, vehicle parts, indoor furniture, appliances, tires, and other miscellaneous materials; mowing and weed-eating where applicable; trimming trees and shrubs to restore sight triangles; clearing sidewalk obstructions; and abating fences in disrepair. Prices must include all labor, equipment, rentals, hauling, disposal, tire fees, and roll-off costs. The successful bidder must verify quantities and site conditions before starting, obtain City authorization before beginning work, complete authorized properties as directed, and provide clear before-and-after photographs before requesting payment. The bid packet includes a bidder information and certification page and a separate bid schedule for each property being bid.
