Description
The City of Bartlesville is soliciting sealed bids for drainage improvements at 13th Street and Choctaw Avenue. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and expenses necessary to construct 105 linear feet of a 6-foot-by-4-foot, single-cell reinforced concrete box culvert; two 10-foot-by-10-foot precast concrete stormwater junction boxes; and 38 square yards of asphalt pavement, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bidders must submit the required bid form, be recorded plan holders with the City, and provide a 5% bid guarantee in the form and amount required by the Information for Bidders. Plans and specifications are available for a nonrefundable $25 fee or by email at no charge. Bids must be sealed and properly marked; the City may reject any or all bids and will select the lowest and best bid.
