Description
Pawnee County District 3 is soliciting bids for a 2-inch asphalt overlay averaging 17 feet wide over approximately 6,600 feet of roadway in the West Basin Area. The work covers W Montego Bay Road between N Lewis Lane and N Weaver Road, N Weaver Road between W Montego Bay Road and N 3730 Road, and N 3730 Road between N Weaver Road and 337 W Avenue. Bidders must provide the overall tonnage and price per ton. Bids must be submitted on the included bid form, with the required notarized non-collusion affidavit. For bids of $50,000 or more, a bid bond or cashier's check equal to 5% of the bid is required. The successful bidder must be able to provide performance, maintenance, and payment bonds and must furnish workers' compensation and general liability insurance as required by Oklahoma law and Pawnee County.
