Description
The City of Coffeyville is soliciting one lump-sum bid for a combined nuisance abatement project at three adjoining parcels: 208 S. Central Avenue, 210 S. Central Avenue, and 910 W. 3rd Street. The scope includes mowing and weed-eating; removal and disposal of inoperable vehicles, an RV, mowers, fencing, tree and brush debris, trash, furniture, auto and mower parts, tires, junk metal, building materials, tools, appliances, and other listed materials; vegetation trimming; relocation of a burn pit; removal of an unpermitted outdoor water container and filling of its hole; and removal of electrical lines and extension cords from trees. The bid must include all labor, equipment, rentals, hauling, disposal charges, tire fees, and roll-off costs. Bidders must verify current conditions from the public street or right-of-way, and the successful contractor must be properly licensed and insured, provide proof of licenses and insurance before beginning work, obtain a separate notice to proceed, and submit before-and-after photographs before requesting payment. The bid packet requires completion of the lump-sum bid schedule and bidder certification.
