Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is requesting a firm-fixed price quote for 37 units of an EcoStruxure Panel Server Wired by Design (a universal concentrator Modbus gateway) or its domestic equivalent. The solicitation is issued under NAICS code 334290 (Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing) and is a total small business set-aside. FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies. The award will be made on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis. The anticipated subcontract period of performance is to be determined. Quotes must include a firm-fixed price with delivery schedule, completed representations and certifications, and any exceptions to terms and conditions.
