Description
This project involves selective demolition and new construction across approximately 7,800 square feet. Work includes the removal of existing partitions, doors, and restroom fixtures, followed by the construction of new interior walls, ceilings, and finishes. Two layout options, Option A and Option B, are provided for the new construction. General contractor bids are being requested by Eaton Construction. Interested parties who are members of AGC East Tennessee must log in to access bid documents; new users can register for an account. Bids are due by June 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET.
