Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Dillon Field Office is requesting quotes for cattle guards. This solicitation is for fabricated structural metal, specifically for cattle guard grids, bases, and wings. The materials must meet AASHTO HS-20 design load and be constructed with all-welded steel components. The steel components require a prime coat and a finish coat of federal safety yellow paint (color No. 13655). The bases are to be precast concrete with a minimum compressive strength of 3,000 psi. The contractor is responsible for the delivery of all materials to the BLM Dillon Field Office located at 1005 Selway Drive, Dillon, MT 59725. The BLM will provide a forklift and operator for off-loading.
