Description
Weber State University is soliciting proposals for high-quality Email Append and Data Hygiene Services. The goal is to significantly improve the accuracy, completeness, and deliverability of email addresses in their database of alumni, donors, and constituents. The selected vendor will demonstrate expertise in higher education constituent matching, ethical data sourcing, and compliance with privacy standards. The scope includes processing approximately 200,000 to 500,000 constituent records. The vendor will return the original file with appended primary and alternative email addresses, match confidence scores, data hygiene/validation status, and suppression flags. Key requirements include secure data transfer, strict confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws such as FERPA, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. Vendors must also provide a completed Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT) and a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). The anticipated turnaround time for processed files is 5-10 business days.
