Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting an all-or-none quotation for 213,300 half-pint containers of pasteurized whole milk and 350 five-pound containers of pasteurized sour cream for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. Products must comply with the specified Commercial Item Descriptions and menu specifications; substitutions are not accepted. The vendor must make scheduled weekly deliveries from October 1 through December 31, 2026, during the designated receiving hours. Deliveries must be palletized, temperature-controlled as specified, and made according to the mandatory delivery schedule. The government will evaluate price and past performance on a go/no-go basis, including delivery timeliness and order accuracy. A total small-business set-aside applies, and the resulting award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order or government purchase-card transaction depending on total value.
