Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks reagents, test kits, and consumables compatible with its Optilite analyzer, including Freelite Kappa and Lambda kits, Ceruloplasmin kits, diluents, washing and tubing-maintenance solutions, cuvettes, and sample cups. Reagents must be FDA-approved and meet the stated assay ranges, kit contents, and stability requirements. The solicitation specifies that consumables and reagents must be the same as those currently validated for the analyzer; reuse and substitution are prohibited. The requirement is for a single-contractor blanket purchase agreement with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor must provide the listed supplies and related equipment and instrument service or maintenance. Orders will be placed as funded delivery orders, and the agreement itself does not obligate funds.
