Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service, through its National Logistics Support Center, is soliciting a complete quote for specified quantities of custom corrugated and solid-fiber boxes, sleeves, and related protective packaging. The attached list includes multiple box sizes and constructions, including single-wall, double-wall, tri-wall, RSC, glued-seam, and tube-style packaging, as well as anti-static foam and glued foam inserts for certain items. The solicitation requires exact compliance with the attached specifications; partial quotes and partial awards will not be considered. The quote must provide firm-fixed, all-inclusive pricing, including shipping, product descriptions, delivery terms, a detailed production plan, and responses to the stated evaluation factors. The quote must also include company information, Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, point-of-contact details, a minimum 30-day quote validity period with expiration date, and an organizational conflict-of-interest warrant and disclosure. Packaging must prevent physical or cosmetic damage and preserve product performance during shipment.
