Description
The County of Erie is extending its contract with Elemental Air for emissions testing services. This extension is effective through December 31, 2026, under the same prices, terms, and conditions as the original agreement. The services include annual compliance emissions testing for two fluidized bed sludge incinerators at the Erie County Southtowns WRRF. Testing will cover various pollutants including Particulate Matter, CO, SO2, NOx, THC, Opacity, Hydrogen Chloride, Dioxins/furans, and several metals. The vendor is responsible for preparing a pre-test protocol, conducting the testing, and submitting a compliance report to the County and NYSDEC. Testing is scheduled between March 1st and April 1st annually.
