Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Glen Canyon Field Division, requires the procurement of a standby dewatering pump for Glen Canyon Dam, located approximately one mile west of Page, Arizona. The pump must meet specific material, performance, dimensional, coating, and electrical requirements. Key specifications include a cast iron/aluminum bronze construction, a 12" ANSI flanged discharge head, single-stage, oil-lubricated, enclosed lineshaft, and a 100 HP, 3 Phase, 60Hz, 460V, 1200 RPM motor. Performance requirements include a capacity of 5000 GPM and a total dynamic head of 52 FT. Delivery is FOB Destination to the Bureau of Reclamation, Glen Canyon Field Division at 805 Bureau Street, Page, AZ 86040. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time. The contractor must notify the designated points of contact of the scheduled shipping date and provide tracking information. Quotes must include detailed item descriptions with manufacturer brochures, warranty information, estimated lead time, and any exceptions to specifications. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
