Description
Craven-Pamlico Regional Library is soliciting cellular data service for a mobile hotspot installed on its bookmobile, which serves patrons and staff at scheduled stops throughout Craven and Pamlico Counties. The requirement is for reliable 4G LTE or 5G coverage, one line with unlimited monthly data, support for at least 15 simultaneous users, coverage information for service routes, and monthly per-line pricing. Equipment may be included or priced separately, and a compatible mobile Wi-Fi device with external antenna support is preferred. The requested solution must include Mobile Device Management, a static IP, content-filtering capability to support Children's Internet Protection Act requirements, replacement of failed devices within five business days at no additional cost, and telephone or email technical support with stated hours and response times. The library requests a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions; service is preferred to begin July 1, 2027, subject to E-Rate funding approval. Quotes must include all taxes and fees and separately identify ineligible charges.
